1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TutsPaper ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TutsPaper's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you gain access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access may be limited to a specific time period or lifetime access, as indicated.

Course Content

All course content, including videos, code, documentation, and materials, is the intellectual property of TutsPaper or its licensors. You may not share, distribute, or resell course content.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be denied if significant course progress has been made or if the refund policy is abused.

5. Payment Terms

All course fees are stated in the currency specified on the Platform. By purchasing a course, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your purchase
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
  • Understand that all sales are final unless a refund is granted per our refund policy

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TutsPaper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • Collect or track the personal information of others
  • Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

9. Disclaimer

The materials on TutsPaper's Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. TutsPaper makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, TutsPaper does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Platform or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Platform.

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall TutsPaper or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TutsPaper's Platform, even if TutsPaper or a TutsPaper authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TutsPaper operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
